Explore Hood Park

With 3 hours of free parking, and a footbridge over Rutherford Ave, you can check out a variety of places in Hood Park. We recommend trying a farm-to-glass cocktail at Good Company, trying (all) the tacos at Naco Taqueria, bowling at Urban Wild, or popping into Henry Bear’s Park with the little ones. With everything so close together, you can bop around and make a day out of it!

BPS Sundays

Sunday, March 10th | Boston Public School students and their families can visit any of the following for free on the first and second Sunday of each month: Museum of Contemporary Art, Museum of Fine Art, Boston Children’s Museum, Museum of Science, New England Aquarium, or the Franklin Park Zoo. BPS students and families will gain free admission by showing a school ID or their personalized BPS email. Email [email protected] with any questions!

Knitting Circle by Third Piece

Sunday, March 10th 12-1:30pm | Join Third Piece for some cozy knitting and camaraderie with other knitters on Tuesday at 6pm. This is an open forum knitting, so please bring your project or stop by beforehand to find some knitting inspiration and materials. These sessions are open to all levels from beginner to master, everyone is welcome! New to knitting? Be sure to add the Starter Knit Kit and they’ll will have everything set-up for you to jump in.
