Pizza makes everything better, right? Well, one East Boston landlord is using it as a marketing tool to rent a three-bedroom apartment near Maverick and Border street and lists free pizza as an amenity.
According to the Boston Globe, the tenants of this apartment are entitled to free pizza once a week at Dirty Water Dough. This genius idea is the brainchild of Sam Sokol, who purchased the building in 2019 to open another location of his Newbury Street pizza restaurant.
If you’re wondering if this delicious apartment is available for rent, it is not. The current group of tenants signed the $3,300 lease and moved in on July 1st.
