A developer has proposed a four-story, 20-unit $ 8.4 million building to replace a warehouse and parking lot at 141 Addison St., off Saratoga Street.
According to Universal Hub, plans have been filed by Richard Beliveau of Volnay Capital, showing four of the units will be sold as “affordable.” There will also be 14 garage parking spaces! Construction is expected to begin in 2024.
