Grocery-Anchored Mixed-Use Project Proposed in Hood Park
Plans are under review for a 3-story mixed-use building at 15 Supertest Street within Hood Park in Charlestown. The building would include 24K SF of retail space intended for grocery use with eighteen 2, 3, and 4-bedroom family residential units on the upper floors.
The units would be “off-site” IDP units coming from a concurrently proposed 25 Supertest hotel and residential project development immediately adjacent to the 15 Supertest development and the community open space Hood Green program.
You can learn more about this development here – and the comment period is open!
