From March 28th to May 2nd, Bug Club members will stop by the shop each Thursday to pick up a lush, seasonal hand-tied bouquet. You can also expect an email that includes a Bug Fact about the flowers, as well as other fun information about your blooms. What an amazing gift, or personal treat! The Handle Bar transforms into Hot Box
The Handle Bar, a premiere indoor cycling studio with five locations throughout Boston, will be transforming their Charlestown location into Hot Box, an infrared studio with sculpt and flow classes. The new studio will open for business in Hood Park in early April. This will be the second location for Hot Box, with its first location having opened last year in Southie. Learn more about the new studio, and get ready to sweat!
Highball Happy Hour at Good Company
Every Tuesday – Friday, 4-6pm | Stop in to Charlestown’s famous Good Company cocktail bar to try their new selection of highballs, featuring house-made sodas. Plus, all bar snacks are BOGO free! Does it get any better? It does. You’ll list to a rotating selections of throwback tunes featuring 90’s hip hop, 70s and 80s reggae and rock, and more.
The Charlestown Townies are State Champs!
Congratulations to the CHS boys basketball team for winning the MIAA D3 State Championship!!! Read more about their lights-out performance here. Two other Boston Public Schools claimed titles this past week; the New Mission boys high school basketball team and Boston Latin’s ice hockey team.
Adopt-a-Pole to decorate for the Bunker Hill Day Parade
The Bunker Hill Day Parade will be held on June 16th, 2024. Now is your chance to Adopt-a-Pole! Buy a patriotic wreath and help decorate the parade route red, white, and blue.
