The Handle Bar, a premiere indoor cycling studio with five locations throughout Boston, will be transforming their Charlestown location into Hot Box, an infrared studio with sculpt and flow classes. The new studio will open for business on Saturday, April 13th. This will be the second location for Hot Box, with its first location having opened last year in Southie.

Hot Box offers two signature classes: Sculpt and Flow. Hot Box’s Sculpt classes are set to revolutionize traditional strength training by infusing it with the power of infrared heat. These high-energy sessions combine breath-to-movement vinyasa with sweat-inducing pilates-inspired exercises. Led by expert instructors, participants will utilize a range of equipment, including resistance bands, lightweight dumbbells, Bala Bangles, and Bala Rings. With upbeat music fueling the atmosphere, each Sculpt class targets the core, legs, arms, and glutes, promising an intense workout experience.

Hot Box’s Flow classes offer a sanctuary for practitioners to immerse themselves in fluid movement, breathwork, and meditation. Focused on vinyasa sequences, these sessions are designed to promote deep stretching and relaxation. Guided by soothing playlists and thoughtful intentions, Flow classes provide the perfect counterbalance to high-intensity workouts like cycling or running. Participants can expect to emerge from each session feeling both invigorated and grounded.

Memberships start at $79/month, with access to virtual live-stream classes seven days per week. For more information, visit www.handlebarcycling.com
