Charlestown Preservation Society House Tour 2024

Be inspired!
The Charlestown Preservation Society is once again set to host its highly anticipated 2024 House Tour in the neighborhood. This unique event offers locals and visitors an exclusive opportunity to explore the architectural gems of one of Boston’s oldest neighborhoods.
The biennial, self-guided tour celebrates a long tradition of preservation in Charlestown. From its first tour over 40 years ago, homeowners have generously opened their homes and buildings on Saturday, September 21st.
One of the joys of walking around the neighborhood is the endless sense of discovery. The private homes and public spaces you’ll see range from grand mansions to restored traditional row houses, showcasing a happy mix of styles. As you travel on some of Charlestown’s oldest streets, you’ll experience how today’s homeowners have turned yesterday’s nooks and crannies into comfortable living spaces while maintaining the integrity of their houses!
