It’s Homecoming Weekend, Charlestown!
New annual tradition incoming … Charlestown Homecoming Weekend is back for another year, thanks to Visit Charlestown! It will take place this weekend, September 20th and 21st. The goal of the weekend is simple: to welcome new residents to Charlestown and to celebrate the return of neighbors who’ve been away for the summer. Here is your full lineup of events and offerings for the weekend!
Style Exchange’s Thrift Market Pop-up is coming to The Anchor on Sunday!
On Sunday, September 21st Style Exchange Boston is setting up a pop-up thrift market at The Anchor! Enjoy this free event from 12 to 3pm.
DJ Macca at Warren Tavern on Saturday night
Celebrate Ctown’s Homecoming Weekend into the night at Warren Tavern, with beats by DJ Macca on Saturday night starting at 8:30pm! And don’t forget to take advantage of their outdoor dining, while you still can!
History in Motion
USS Constitution is scheduled to get underway on Friday, September 19th, from Charlestown Navy Yard at 10:00 A.M. The cruise will be visible from the Boston Harborwalk, Castle Island, and Charlestown Navy Yard. A 21-gun salute will be fired at approximately 11:30 A.M., viewable from Fort Independence on Castle Island. This sail will commemorate Purple Heart Recipients.

Red Bull Cliff Diving at the ICA in the Seaport
The highly-anticipated 2025 Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series will make its triumphant return to Boston Harbor on September 19 and 20, 2025 and will be the only stop in the United States and the final stop of the series. Boston’s first outdoor rodeo will take over City Hall Plaza this weekend
On Saturday, September 20th, the inaugural Boston Rodeo & Music Festival debuts with professional rodeo action and a star-studded country lineup, headlined by Evan Honer and Kassi Ashton—all while raising funds for local nonprofits. Read more about it!
