Bunker 44’s Grand Opening on Friday
Friday, October 18th at 6:30pm | The grand opening of Charlestown’s newest retail addition, Bunker 44, is this Friday. Enjoy music, food, drinks, and some local vendors. The Gentleman’s Clothing Lounge is opening alongside Haute 44 and Salon 44 at 44 Main Street.

Fall-o-Ween Children’s Festival at Boston Common
Friday, October 18th from 5-8pm | Take a trip downtown for this amazing festival! Mayor Michelle Wu and the Boston Parks and Recreation Department will host the fourth annual Fall-o-Ween Children’s Festival on the Boston Common Parade Ground at the corner of Beacon and Charles Streets on Friday, October 18, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A “monster mash” of activities will include music, arts and crafts, treats, rides on the trackless train, field games facilitated by Knucklebones, and sensory play with Play Boston. LEGO® Discovery Center Boston will be in attendance with fun Halloween LEGO builds as well as LEGO Halloween build activities with a Master Model Builder. Read more about it here!
Pumpkin Splash at YMCA
Visit the front desk to register for Charlestown YMCA‘s Pumpkin Splash happening this Saturday, October 19th from 12-3pm. From 12-1pm, the community can enjoy an open house with tumbling, kid bootcamp, basketball and a photo wall. Then from 1-3pm, registered members will receive their own sugar pumpkin to throw in the pool for a free swim. After the swim, arts and crafts will be provided to decorate your pumpkin.
Oktoberfest at Blackmoor
