The annual Pride parade will return to the streets of Boston on Saturday, June 8, but that’s not all that’s planned! Charlestown is gearing up for Pride Month with a vibrant array of events and activities designed to celebrate and support the LGBTQ+ community. Charlestown Pride Celebration | Tuesday, June 4 | 5:30 PM | Schrafft’s City Center, 529 Main Street, Charlestown | FREE | Boston City Councilor Gabriela Coletta is hosting the annual Charlestown Pride Celebration with refreshments to follow.
Silent Disco Pier Party | Saturday, June 1 | 7-11 p.m. | The Anchor, 1 Shipyard Park, Charlestown | $23 | Join the 3rd Annual Trans Pride Party to support the Trans Emergency Fund and dance the night away with three DJs battling it out with different styles of music including House, Hip Hop, and Latin.
Road of Rainbows 5K | Thursday, June 8 | 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM | Boston Common Bandstand, 139 Tremont Street, Boston | $35 | 2024 will mark the 4th annual running of Boston Theater Company’s Road of Rainbows – the first athletic event of its kind in Massachusetts, where gender has no bounds. The Road of Rainbows is an all-inclusive event that is as much about running as it is about showing off your inner unicorn. Runners and walkers of ALL genders and abilities are welcome. For all LGBTQ+ folks and supporters.
Pride Kickoff Drag Bottomless Brunch | Sunday, June 2 | 12-2 p.m. | Painted Burro Somerville, 219 Elm St., Somerville | $18 | The drag show will be hosted by Linda Maripossa, featuring her friends Adriana, Regina Jackson and Lucy Diamonds — Bottomless brunch will be an additional $25 per person.

Boston Pride Kick-Off | Monday, June 3 | 11:00 AM. | City Hall Plaza, 1 City Hall Sq., Boston | Free | The City of Boston’s celebrations kickoff with a flag raising, remarks from Boston Pride 4 The People, Road of Rainbows, Museum of Science, and performances.

2024 Pride Week: Boston PRIDE Parade After Party | Saturday, June 8 | 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM | ONYXX at The Liberty Hotel, 215 Charles Street, Boston | Free to attend | Join ONYXX to celebrate the end of Pride Week, with our “Pride Parade After Party”. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Proud Bluebikes | June 1-June 30 | Boston | n celebration of Pride Month this June, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (“Blue Cross”) is launching 100 rainbow-themed Bluebikes into Greater Boston’s bikeshare system to help drive awareness for LGBTQIA+ equality. The “Proud Bikes,” available in both pedal and ebike formats, will be accessible throughout the system’s 13 municipalities and will be showcased in the Boston Pride Parade on Saturday, June 8.
