Take a few moments to recharge at the Breathe with Bach music series at the East Boston Branch Library. You can watch the performance or just listen as you work on the computer, browse for books, and use the library.
This is a moment just for you. Take a seat, and let the musician set the tone while you take a break from your day and recharge.
Let your mind wander, breathe with intention, do some simple stretches, whatever you need to de-stress.
Drop in for a few minutes, or settle in for longer. This lovely event takes place on Mondays from 12:30-1:30pm through October 16th. You can learn more about this series here!
