Get your dancing shoes ready!  On Saturday, from 1pm-7pm at East Boston Memorial Park enjoy a day of live music and dancing!

Touch a Truck at Suffolk Downs

Join Suffolk Downs for there third annual Touch-a-Truck at The Track on Sunday, September 10th from 10am – 2pm at Suffolk Downs. Walk along the track for an up-close view of tractors, trucks, diggers, police cars, and fire engines. Sit in the seats, honk the horns, or take your picture on the front end! Enjoy kids activities, face painting, games, bubbles, food trucks, and craft beer by Night Shift Brewery in the Paddock! This event is free to attend and open to the public but registration is recommended. You can learn more here! 

East Boston Public Library – ESOL Conversation Group

Practice speaking English with other adult learners in an informal and friendly group setting. The group is led every Thursday by a volunteer teacher and will take place in-person at the East Boston Branch Library. Class requires basic English-speaking skills. Beginner students should contact the Literacy Services department for a list of beginner class options. This is a drop-in program. No registration is required. You can learn more here.
