Look Out for Yellow
Charlestown Dogs has worked to build safety and awareness for pets and owners in our community using the color yellow. As many of you know, if you see a dog with a bright yellow leash, harness, or both, it may mean they are nervous around other dogs or people, the dog is in a structured training session, needs a proper introduction before being approached, is reactive on their leash, or the dog and owner are asking for space. This campaign has been instilled to protect dogs, dog owners, residents without dogs, and everyone else in the community.
