BCYF Clougherty Pool Update

Mayor Michelle Wu, Boston Centers for Youth & Families, and the Public Facilities Department are pleased to announce the date for the ribbon cutting ceremony at the Clougherty Pool!!! The pool’s highly anticipated completion will be celebrated on Thursday, July 25th at 10am. The pool is located at 345 Bunker Hill Street in Charlestown. See you there!

BCYF Street Hockey Sign-Ups

Registration for BCYF Street Hockey is now open!  To sign up, find the class or program you would like to register for and click the blue REGISTER button to the right of the listing. MBTA Announces Contactless Payments Starting August 1st

Starting August 1, the MBTA will officially roll out contactless payment at all of its fare gates, buses, and Green Line and Mattapan Trolley trains. Now you’ll be able to pay by tapping your contactless debit/credit card, phone, or watch with a mobile wallet on new Charlie Card reader boxes and will accept tappable credit and debit cards, plus Apple/Samsung/Google Pay on your phone or watch of choice.  Well, that’s easy peasy!  Get the details here!
