The Boston Parks and Recreation Department, in partnership with the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC), has announced the launch of the 2024 Boston Parks Winter Fitness Series. This program is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and offers free virtual classes from January 7 through April 6 including Afrobeats Dance, Cardio Kickboxing, Chair Yoga, Dance Fit, Strength and Balance, Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, and Zumba. Journey into the New Year and through the Chakras
Join Nikki on 1/13 from 12:00- 1:15 pm for a chakra balancing flow and restore class. Nikki will expertly guide you through asana to clear and activate your energy centers, known as the chakras. Throughout this workshop, there will also be information and inspiration around each of the energy centers we work. Nikki will provide you with some pre and post-journaling prompts based on the work done throughout the workshop. As always, come just as you are.
