Person hospitalized after possible sexual assault in Charlestown on Tuesday.

NBC10 Boston is reporting that Boston police are investigating a possible armed sexual assault in Charlestown that allegedly took place on Tuesday afternoon.
Police responded to a call at Tibbets Town Way around 4:15 p.m. for a person with a knife. BPD said a victim was taken to an area hospital as part of a sexual assault investigation.
During the incident, an officer was hurt in a car crash. That officer was also taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. BPD did not say whether anyone else was injured in the crash.
No arrests have been made.
