BPD officers assigned to District A-7 (East Boston) arrested Brandon Frazier, 36, of East Boston on Armed Robbery charges.
On Monday November 20, 2023 at approximately 6:56 pm Officers responded to the area of 406 Meridian St for a report of an armed robbery. The victim stated that the suspect approached him with a knife and demanded his money, when the victim refused to give his money the suspect cut a hole in the victims pants to remove the money, cell phone, and atm card. The victim then stated the suspect placed the knife to his throat and demanded his pin number. The victim refused and that’s when the suspect threw the victims phone and at atm card to the ground and fled. Officers were able to locate the suspect after a brief investigation and retrieve the weapon used in the incident.
Frazier was placed under arrest and charged with: Armed Robbery and Carrying a Dangerous Weapon to wit: Knife. He is expected to be arraigned in East Boston District Court.
