Pickleball is definitely having a moment in the city. PKL opened its doors last year to large crowds playing the sport, enjoying fun cocktails and great food right in Southie. Then in May, Lawn on D announced they would offer free pickleball courts for visitors to enjoy! Free to play, with prizes up for grabs and equipment for you to borrow courtesy of Citizen Bank. Fenway Park even had pickleball this summer.
In Eastie, you can play pickleball at Porzio Park with city skylines as the backdrop and Constitution Beach has a pickleball option on its tennis courts! For indoor pickleball, you can play at the Eastie YMCA!
On Saturday, September 16th, at Constitution Beach, a special fundraiser will take place for Frontline Family Foundation.
