Step into the vibrant Cafe Iterum, where the culinary magic begins with none other than devoted zero-waste advocate and chef-owner Matt McPherson! Cafe Iterum exudes cozy vibes with large community tables, interior plants enhancing the earthy ambiance, and a dedication to utilizing seasonal farm-to-table ingredients, avoiding food waste! Beyond the ordinary, it’s also a dynamic space for meetings and work sessions and allows customers to step away from the bustling city for a more relaxed vibe and eco-friendly ethos.
Menu Features
Showcased gems include the dish pan cookie, a treasured recipe from the chef’s grandmother, the avocado toast adorned with pickled onion, tomato, micro herbs, and sumac, and the kale harvest bowl salad with wild rice, goat cheese, purple sweet potato, chicken, toasted almonds, and a delectable herb dressing. You can also go online to check out their weekly special menu!
Noodle Bar Pop Up — Every Tuesday Night from 4 – 8 pm
If you’re looking for something to spice up your weekday routine, the “Detritus Noodles Bar” offers fresh hand-pulled noodles! This pop-up not only introduces the Chef’s OG restaurant concept but also collaborates with Cafe Iterum, creating a buzz for one of their upcoming projects! Although the pop up zero-waste menu changes weekly, it often embraces classic ramen dishes prepared with vegan or chicken options – one of the Chef’s personal favorites is the spicy noodles. You can also add something from the “Spicy Shit” options on the menu to add a touch of boldness to your noodle experience!
Can’t sit?
For our neighborhood foodies who are always on-the-go, stop by for a handcrafted matcha latte (hot or iced) or a cold brew draft infused with one of their house-made syrups like honey lavender, mocha, or vanilla. Cafe Iterum also offers online ordering, grab & go meals, and catering for larger events!
