Cafe Iterum
This cozy and inviting space is a perfect spot for pre-commute fuel. Located next to the Maverick T Station entrance at 11 Father Jacobbe Rd., Cafe Iterum has plants and natural light galore. A great spot for remote workers, there’s a community table with outlets, plus plenty of mouthwatering food options (scones, breakfast sandwiches, harvest bowls, and more).
Eagle Hill Cafe
Stop by 65 Meridian St. for Eagle Hill Cafe’s extensive menu of beverages – from cappuccinos to mocha lattes – and a delicious food menu to boot. There’s seating available inside, so you can stay a while and enjoy a coffee or smoothie. Don’t skip the impressive selection of brewed-in coffee flavors, like snickerdoodle and cinnamon maple.
Travel Mug Cafe
Coffee served from a trike, anyone? This pop-up mobile coffee shop can typically be found on Lewis Street, near Bowen Park – keep an eye out for the bright blue cart. You’ll find lattes, matcha, chai, and a small sampling of pastries and treats for a to-go snack. Follow along on Instagram to find up-to-date hours and location information.
Americano Espresso Bar
Sip artisanal coffees from this 155 Meridian St. shop, just across the street from La Hacienda. Serving fair trade coffees roasted in Massachusetts, Americano Espresso Bar is the place to go for a high-quality espresso – take a peek at their “now brewing” list to see the current roasts available.
The Well Coffee House

The Well Coffee House serves up affordable cups of Crimson Cup Coffee, plus other specialty drinks like chai lattes.
Toasted Flats
This snug sandwich shop at 53 Chelsea St. is known for nutritious breakfast and lunch flats, plus other healthy options like smoothies and acai bowls. What you may not know is that Toasted Flats also offers espresso drinks, cold brew coffee, and Colombian-brewed dark coffee.
Plus, we’ve got some news to fuel your excitement – there’s not one but two upcoming coffee spots to look forward to in the neighborhood. The Cafe Gloria coffee and espresso bar concept by Will Isaza and Pomona Cafe & Wine Bar are both expected to open their doors later this year.
