City Hall on the Go is Back
On Tuesday, January 7th, City Hall on the Go will be at Starbucks in Charlestown from 12:30 to 2 p.m. City Hall on the Go visits Boston’s neighborhoods throughout the year offering ease of access to City services like: appealing parking tickets, paying excise taxes, registering to vote and so much more! Visit their website to learn more about the services offered on the truck and where it is stopping next!

Slate Book Club
Book Club is back! Join Slate Charlestown this month as they dive in to the New York Times bestselling thriller, All the Colors of the Dark. They will be meeting in the shop January 29th at 6:15pm to sip, snack and chat about this gripping story. All are welcome! The book is available in the shop and on their website. Compost Your Christmas Tree
Boston Public Works is collecting Christmas trees for composting from December 30th – January 10th. Just leave your tree curbside on your normal trash day by 6 a.m. Make sure there are no lights, ornaments, or other items on the tree, and do not put them in plastic bags. If you have two trash days, trees will be collected on the first day.
