Boston Schools and Offices are Closed Monday and Tuesday
*Update: BPS schools and activities are closed on Tuesday, February 24th as well.
All Boston Public Schools and central offices will be closed Monday, February 23, 2026. All BPS extracurricular activities, sports, and programs on Sunday night and Monday will also be canceled. Additionally, Boston City Hall and other municipal buildings, including Boston Public Library branches and Boston Centers for Youth & Families, will be closed on Monday, February 23, 2026. Online services will remain available. Get more information on the Snow Emergency issued by Mayor Wu.
