Free Fitness Evaluation

Start your month off with a free fitness evaluation at Fitness Together, located at 271 Main Street in Charlestown. Schedule yours now! “The Signature Fit Evaluation is essentially a strategy session to help the team understand more about you so your personal trainer can design a custom fitness plan, specifically for you. During your strategy session, your personal trainer will learn more about your health history and lifestyle, then you’ll complete a movement and posture screen, followed by a mini-workout. Collectively, this information will help to create your custom fitness roadmap and provide you with an opportunity to experience the Fitness Together difference.”
