There’s a new outdoor yoga series by Julianne Maguire featuring Ruthie’s Juice
Beginning this Thursday, July 17th, local fitness instructor Julianne Maguire is kicking off a series of outdoor yoga classes in collaboration with Charlestown’s new juicery, Ruthie’s Juice. The 45-minute vinyasa flow classes will take place outside in the Charlestown Navy Yard (on the green space in front of the Korean War Memorial. The yoga class is by donation but you MUST PREORDER your juice to enjoy after class… and don’t forget to order some to take home!

TeenFit summer program at Monument Fitness starts this week
Register now for Monument Fitness’ TeenFit summer program. It starts this Wednesday, June 16th and takes place 2x per week (Monday and Thursday at 3:30pm). You can purchase a 10 session pack or pay for the entire summer. Your teen will train with coaches who played elite hockey, gymnastics, college sports, and professional CrossFit.
