Townie Cup is this Weekend in Charlestown
Let’s Go!
The Townie Cup Street Hockey Tournament will take place on August 3rd and 4th at Eden Street Park. Twenty teams from all over the city will battle it out for the coveted Townie Cup!
Hughie O’Donnel, Cameron Delvalle, and Nolan McLaughlin have been hosting this community event for four years. The inline roller hockey tournament helps raise money for local scholarships awarded to players in the Charlestown Youth Hockey, Charlestown Youth Football, Charlestown Girls Softball, Charlestown Little League, Charlestown Soccer, and Charlestown Lacrosse.
If you’re around this weekend, stop by and check out the action. This tournament features some amazing local talent and skills, plus it’s a fun event that benefits the community!
