Caught in Charlestown: Donnie Wahlberg shooting at Paul Revere Park and Monument Ave.

Actor and Boston native Donnie Wahlberg has been spotted in Boston filming his new TV series “Boston Blue,” a spin-off of the CBS show “Blue Bloods.”
On Monday afternoon, Wahlberg was on Boston Common. On Tuesday, he was in Charlestown filming at Paul Revere Park, and on Wednesday, Monument Avenue from Warren Street to Monument Square was closed until 3pm to shoot some scenes.
Wahlberg plays Danny Reagan, a police officer with the Boston police department.
The show is set to appear in October.
